Mr. Lowe focuses his practice on general civil litigation matters, including worker’s compensation defense, employment litigation, insurance defense, manufactured home defense, automobile defense, product liability defense and banking litigation. Throughout his career, Mr. Lowe has represented numerous employers in Winston, Marion, Franklin, Lamar, and Walker counties on a variety of employment related matters. Mr. Lowe is also a Registered Mediator with the Alabama Center of Dispute Resolution. For many years Mr. Lowe served as a member of the Manufactured Housing Institute Lawyer’s Committee. Mr. Lowe has also served as general counsel for several manufacturing companies and managed litigation for these entities throughout the Southeastern and Midwestern United States.
