Municipal Law

The firm currently represents the interests of several municipalities in Winston County, Alabama. In the past the firm has acted as general counsel for the City of Haleyville. Furthermore, one of the lawyers in the firm sits as the Municipal Judge for the cities of Haleyville, Addison and Double Springs and has been engaged in those roles for over 11 years. The firm is experienced in the areas of representing municipalities and its municipal boards.
