Jonathan B. Lowe represents individuals, businesses, and institutions across a broad spectrum of civil litigation matters. His practice includes wrongful death and personal injury claims, automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, employment disputes, insurance coverage and defense matters, manufactured home litigation, banking and commercial litigation, as well as domestic relations cases involving divorce and child custody. With decades of courtroom experience, Jonathan brings practical judgment, strategic insight, and steady advocacy to every case he handles.

Mr. Lowe’s practice spans the State of Alabama and encompasses a broad range of civil litigation matters. His experience includes personal injury and wrongful death claims, automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, employment disputes, insurance matters, manufactured home litigation, and banking and commercial litigation. He also has extensive experience in domestic relations, representing clients in divorce and child custody matters.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Lowe maintains an active corporate law practice and over the course of his career he has served as general counsel and local counsel for several corporations. In addition, Mr. Lowe plays an active role in the firm’s real estate practice, including both commercial and residential transactions.
Mr. Lowe also maintains an active mediation practice and is a proud member of a distinguished panel of neutrals with Schreiber ADR, one of the largest mediation groups in Alabama.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Lowe enjoys working on his farm, traveling, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
